How to help those in need – next steps

Side By Side is a Jersey registered charity (no. 289) that supports humanitarian assistance to people in the wake of major emergencies and natural disasters around the world. Side by Side is the collection point of fundraising for the Bailiff’s Ukraine Appeal to direct islanders’ generosity to where it is most needed.

There are three ways to help support this appeal:

Donate directly to Side by Side online – a donation ensures that aid can be distributed to where it is needed most. Online donations help Side by Side to administer your donation and communicate with you easily; or

Volunteer for Side by Side which is entirely run by volunteers. If you have time to help or can offer professional skills, please get in touch with them directly – details below; or

Organise a fundraising event – arrange a community, work or school event, or do a personal challenge to raise money. To set up your own personal fundraising page, simply email [email protected] (subject: “set up a page for Side by Side”) with your name and contact details.
