Owners and Occupiers of St Lawrence land/property

The 2022 Rates Demands have now been sent by post or email to every Owner and Occupier of land within the parish.

If you chose to receive your demand via email and have not yet received it, please do check your spam/junk mail in-box.

Many people opt to save for their Rates in advance each year by standing order; below is the form if you wish to consider this, for you to print and send to your bank.

Any outstanding balance not settled by close of Monday 31 October 2022 will incur a surcharge of 10% (a requirement of the Rates (Jersey) Law 2005).
